Precision angular contact thrust ball bearings for precision ball screws are designed for a wide variety of applications with a range of high rigidity and high load capacity,” underlines the company.
Following are some of the unique features of its products:

  • A high rigidity series for machine tool, provides high axial rigidity and precise rotation with low drive power.
  • A sealed high rigidity series for machine tools improves life and reliability
  • Reliable sealed options – Highly dust-resistant contact seals maintain performance

Super Precision Angular Contact Ball Bearings

NIBC offers a wide range of super precision angular contact ball bearings, which provide optimal specifications for your application. “Our bearings are perfect solutions for high-quality equipment requiring high running accuracy or high rotational speed, such as the main spindles of machine tools.

We have complete bearing solutions for spindles manufacturing and reconditioning requirements, ready to install product as per combination requirement,” they add.

Product line

The 70 series, 72 series and thin section 79 series are the most running sizes of the bearings available. Two types of contact angle are available: 15 degrees (C) and 25 degrees (E). Both the 15-degree contact angle and the 25-degree contact angle are standard features in these grade level bearings. Standard bearings that conform to ISO standards and specialized series for machine tools are also offered. Prepacked grease is standard on all sealed bearing models, as well as cage options for matching applications.

Features

  • Standard bearings that conform to ISO standards and specialized series for machine tools.
  • Sealed bearings with prepacked grease.
  • Cage options available

Super Precision Cylindrical Roller Bearings

NIBC precision cylindrical roller bearings (NNK series) are designed to handle large radial loads in high-speed spindle applications. They are used in applications that require high running accuracy.

Features

  • Standard bearings that conform to ISO standards and specialized series for machine tools
  • Double-row cylindrical roller bearings with high rigidity and single-row options for high speeds

Ceramic Hybrid Bearings (CB Series)

NIBC introduced silicon nitride (Si3N4), a ceramic that offers superior performance in rolling elements. Our Ceramic Hybrid bearings provide an ideal solution for ultra-high-speed applications, combining accuracy with speed. A combination not possible with steel ball bearings.

Features

  • Offers sealed version for better & maintenance free performance.
  • Extended service life by 4-8 times than the normal bearing
  • Have the ability to run at 40-60% higher speeds
  • Extend grease life by 2 times or more
  • Low friction with reduced wear

Launching soon! Ultra-high Speed Angular Contact Ball Bearings (HM Series)

NIBC is developing a new high-speed operation with low temperature rise bearing. The INDIA MAKE – HM Series will be launched soon with cost effective solutions for ultra-high precision and ultra-high-speed applications with a contact angle of 18 degrees (equivalent to BNR series).
